We wanted MW products to be made in France, in collaboration with quality craftsmen close to home, to ensure an impeccable finish.
The MW Exclusive collection is available in transparent tempered glass or colored "sécurit" glass, or in PMMA, on which we install TPU cushions in 6 colors. As an option, the cushions can be partially covered with fabric covers. Cushions are also available in foam covered with fabric, which can also be customized.
The 5 models in the MW Exclusive collection are infinitely customizable. For each model, you can create a totally unique design by combining colors and customizing the sides as you wish (printing, engraving and sandblasting of a motif or logotype).

TPU OR FOAM SEATS
Cushions become an expression of your style with materials like TPU or foam, offering tailor-made comfort. Wrap them in sumptuous fabrics, rich leathers, and decide the degree of coverage, from subtle touches to total immersion.
Arrange a designer seat with TPU* cushions available in six colors (transparent, blue, smoked black, pink, orange and green) or a more traditional seat with very firm, hypoallergenic and antibacterial HR40 foam cushions (for outdoor or indoor use), covered in the fabric of your choice!
TPU cushions are available bare or partially fabric-covered, while foam cushions are fully fabric-covered.
*Containing no chlorine, TPU is odorless even at high temperatures, unlike PVC, for example. In direct sunlight, its surface remains cool to the touch, and it is UV-resistant. Highly resistant, TPU absorbs shocks and offers enhanced long-term stability.
HR40 foam seat: comfort and resilience
HR40 foam, known for its exceptional comfort and durability, is a material of choice in the luxury hospitality industry, particularly for the design of high-end seating suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

TPU seat: the perfect fusion of comfort and aesthetics!
TPU, or Thermoplastic Polyurethane, is a versatile material with many technical qualities, combining comfort, strength and eco-responsibility:
- Flexibility and elasticity: TPU stands out for its great flexibility and elasticity. It can be stretched at high rates and return to its original shape without deforming, which is crucial for applications requiring good resilience and durability.
- Resistance to abrasion and tearing, oils, solvents... This material is extremely resistant to wear, abrasion and tearing. It is also resistant to oils, greases and many solvents.
- Transparency and colorability: TPU can be manufactured to be transparent or can be dyed in a variety of colors, offering aesthetic and functional options for our In&outdoor products.
- Wide operating temperature: TPU retains its properties over a wide temperature range, making it useful in very cold or very hot environments. This is particularly important when you're designing MW furniture for outdoor use!
- Shock-absorbing properties: Its ability to absorb shocks and provide perfect seating comfort makes it ideal for our armchairs and sofas.
- Compatibility with various molding techniques: TPU can be processed and molded by various techniques, including injection molding, extrusion and blow molding, making it adaptable to a wide variety of product shapes and sizes.
- Environmentally-friendly and recyclable: TPU is also an environmentally-friendly material because it can be recycled and composted, helping to reduce the ecological impact of end-of-life products.

MW SEAT VARIANTS
A versatile, durable material
PMMA, or polymethyl methacrylate, is a transparent plastic often used as an alternative to glass, and offers several notable technical advantages:
- Exceptional transparency: PMMA stands out for its crystalline clarity. It transmits up to 92% of visible light, more than glass, making it ideal for applications where transparency is essential, such as shop windows, windscreens or aquariums.
- Lightweight: Compared with glass, PMMA is considerably lighter, making it easier to transport and install. This lightness also makes it advantageous for applications where weight is an important criterion, such as in the automotive or aeronautical industries.
- Impact resistance: PMMA is far more impact-resistant than glass. It does not break into sharp splinters, making it safer for public and residential applications.
- Durability and weather resistance: PMMA is UV-resistant and does not yellow over time, making it ideal for outdoor use. It is also resistant to most acids and bases, as well as to various chemicals.
- Ease of shaping and processing: Unlike glass, PMMA can be easily cut, drilled, polished, and even bent hot or cold, offering great flexibility in product design and manufacture.
- Recyclability: PMMA is a recyclable material, which contributes to its environmental sustainability. PMMA waste can be collected and reprocessed to create new products.
- Aesthetics & customization: PMMA can be tinted in a wide range of colors, offering extensive aesthetic possibilities for designers and architects. It can also be inlaid with small objects such as gold leaf or, in the example opposite, real feathers.
The combination of transparency, lightness, strength and flexibility makes PMMA a preferred choice for many innovative projects, and provides us with a material of choice for our creations.
